Important Notice
Each paper must have a valid full registration. Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration, and the registrant must be an author on each paper. Student registrations, including IEEE Student / Life Member, are NOT valid for paper publication in the conference proceeding.
– Full registrations include all access to conference events and lunches, coffee breaks, banquet.
– Students and IEEE members must provide proof for manual review during registration.
– Refund and Cancellation Policy
A written request submitted to the PEDG2026 Secretariat email address (info@pedg2026.com) on or before June 1, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.After refund and cancellation, the corresponding final paper will be excluded in the proceeding.There will be no refund for cancellation made after June 1,2026.
