For papers accepted as Oral Presentation at the conference, please consider:
Each oral presentation is scheduled to 15 minutes, including 5 minutes of Q&A (20 minutes total).
Oral presenters must bring their personal USB drives to copy the PPT files onto the conference computers 30 minutes before the session starts.
Oral presenters must prepare a short biography introduction (approximately 100 words) in hard copy (either handwritten or printed).
Conference computers will be provided in each oral session rooms. Oral presenters are required to be in the session room 30 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chair, submit their personal introduction biography and check their presentation files in the conference computers.
